Top Outdoor Wedding Venues in Treasure Valley

As a Boise, Idaho wedding photographer, I have been able to work at some incredible venues in the area and decided to compile my list of top venues in the area. As a wedding creative in the area, finding venues that transport couples into a whole other world with incredible sights and even better staff is top of my list. These venues all have done a fantastic job of just that! Idaho is beautiful, but these venues make it that much better. Let’s look at my top outdoor wedding venues in Treasure Valley!

Julia Davis Rose Garden

If you’re looking for outdoor wedding venues with a bit of history, check out Julia Davis Rose Garden! Featuring Zoo Boise, Boise Art Museum, Discovery Center of Idaho, and the Idaho Black History Museum. Not only is this park surrounded by 2,400 roses, it was donated to the city of Boise in 1907, by Thomas Davis, as a beautiful memorial to his wife, Julia. Such a romantic story, and perfect for your dream wedding day. Julia Davis Rose Garden offers a large parking lot, outdoor lighting, set up and clean up, and is incredibly affordable. Also accommodating up to 150 guests!

White Willow Estate

Dreaming of a picturesque waterside wedding, but not sure where to find it in Idaho? Look no further, the White Willow Estate is surrounded by beauty and is incredibly spacious! Throughout this outdoor wedding venue, you’ll find stunning views along the Boise river’s edge. There are waterfalls, beautiful landscape and privacy perfect for your dream day. Being one of the larger outdoor wedding venues, host up to 500 guests to celebrate alongside you. Amenities offered can include a bridal casita, valet parking, chairs, tables and much more.

Ste. Chapelle Winery

Bishop’s House – Outdoor Wedding Venues

Throughout our top outdoor wedding venues list, you’ll find quite a few venues with a bit of history behind them, and Bishop’s House is another on that list. The Bishop’s House was home to multiple Episcopal Bishops of Idaho, whom all lived there with their families in the late 1880’s. Now, it’s a popular destination for some of Boise’s biggest events, and is incredibly affordable. Offering multiple locations on site for your ceremony, bride’s and groom’s rooms, access to the Garden and more. For your dream outdoor Boise wedding, invite up to 125 guests to celebrate with you at Bishop’s House!

Idaho Botanical Gardens

Another top Idaho destination for those looking for a secret garden theme at their big event. Idaho Botanical Gardens sits on 15-acres of absolute beauty, flooded with various shades of blooming florals. It’s the perfect spot for a garden chic event. If you’ve fallen in love with this Idaho venue, make sure to reach out quickly as they book for big events quickly!

White Cottage at Riverbend

Filled with soaring spruce, elm, maple and cypress trees, the White Cottage at Riverbend is an oasis for any Idaho wedding. Not to mention, the incredibly beautiful landscape and a two-story Spanish style home built in the 1900’s. This rustic chic location provides great flexibility for any indoor or outdoor event alike. Located just 3 minutes from Eagle, Idaho and perfect for your dream Idaho wedding day.

Sandstone Vineyards

If you could take a little bit of Italy and bring it to Idaho, you would find Sandstone Vineyards. A locally owned and operated vineyard with incredible wedding amenities and services that will make your venue the highlight of your event. With plenty of privacy and a luxury experience, sitting on 5 acres of vineyard beauty. Featuring cobblestone walkways, beautiful flowers, Koi ponds and more. Sandstone Vineyards allows for up to 250 guests, tables, chairs, DJ services, and bride’s & groom’s suites!

Sandhollow – Outdoor Wedding Venues

Throughout Idaho, you’ll find incredibly diverse outdoor wedding locations perfect for any bride. Sandhollow is the perfect venue to highlight the beauty of the country in Southwest Idaho. Providing guests with plenty of parking, and outdoor space to enjoy your dream outdoor wedding. Next, when it’s time for a night of dancing and fun, the space will turn into a stunning lighted reception area.

Honalee Farms

Next up, a one stop shop for all things you’ll need in a wedding venue, Honalee Farms has it all. With incredible views of the mountains, prep kitchen (with ability to choose your own caterer), sound and projection system, and so much more. This space can accommodate as many as 1000 guests, so if you’re planning a big party, check out this outdoor wedding venue!

Still Water Hollow

Eagle Hills Golf Course – Epic Outdoor Wedding Venues

Planning a wedding is stressful, but the wedding itself doesn’t have to be. It’s easy to see why they’re WeddingWire’s 2016 couple’s choice venue. Looking through the reviews on Eagle Hills Golf Course about weddings you’ll see “stress free” written more than once. They have an outdoor open pavilion as well as an indoor ballroom. The vendor also offers all the linens, utensils, and seating as well as catering and a full bar. For an extra fee there is a bridal suite you can rent.

4th Street Gardens (Emmett)

If you’re planning a spring or fall wedding, 4th Street Gardens is open from April to October each year. This place is an outdoor only venue sitting on someone’s home property. It’s 4,000 for the rental not including a 300 refundable security deposit for up to 200 guests. They do not offer any catering or decor, but they do have 10 by 10 pop up tents and bistro lighting. The owners do not require any specific vendor for your wedding day, so you can still have catering from your favorite place.  They offer the seating as well as set up, take down, and waste removal after the event.. 4th Street Gardens has both bridal and groom suites.

Fox canyon (Marsing)

Fox Canyon Vineyards wants your wedding to be a great reflection of you because they know everyone has their own style. They have local vendors that they use to fulfill all of your wedding needs. If you’re planning on having a wedding party of 50-200 this might be just the place for you. They have the seating, a lighted dance floor, and an outdoor speaker system. And of course, they offer to set up and take down for you.

Wild Rose Manor – Outdoor Wedding Venues

Wild Rose Manor is another incredible outdoor wedding venue that has been opened since 1997. It’s beautiful country chic atmosphere allows for up to 2,300 guests, and promises to be yours for the day. With a gazebo and beautiful landscape for your day, you’re sure to have a dreamy outdoor wedding here.

The Vintage Rose

Next up, a crowd favorite, the Vintage Rose! This outdoor wedding venue can be found in Nampa, Idaho and is family owned. With incredible landscape and towering trees that provide a beautiful forest aesthetic to your wedding day. This venue offers multiple locations on site for planning your perfect day, and have wedding party suites to get ready in on your day! Further, the Vintage Rose offers plenty of other amenities for your 200 guests to enjoy.

Willow Creek

If you need someone who is going to be flexible so you can have your needs met, you might want to speak with the owners of Willow Creek. They don’t have any liquor or catering vendors that they use specifically, so it’s up to you! Willow Creek has a very “homey” feel because it is located at a beautiful two story house with trees galore. However, they can accommodate up to 150 guests. Lastly, they have an outdoor ceremony spot and separate outdoor reception area. Contact Willow Creek if you’re having a summer or early fall wedding!

Ste. Chapelle Winery – Top Outdoor Wedding Venues

Nestled on the outskirts of the big city in Caldwell is the dreamy location of the Ste. Chapelle Winery. Surrounded by vineyards and orchards, this European look-a-like is perfect for indoor and outdoor weddings alike! Based on a Chapelle in Paris, it is romantic and charming, and that’s before mentioning its fine wines. In addition, throughout their indoor locations you will find cathedral ceilings with stained glass and a banquet room. While the outdoors has an ethereal view of the mountains and vineyards. This breathtaking venue can accommodate up to 600 guests with the space outdoors.

The Butterfly Barn

Imagine you’ve got a rustic, farmhouse theme for your wedding. Then Butterfly Barn was MADE for you! The venue used to be a horse ranch, but now it’s home for the biggest celebrations for your beautiful life moments. Above all, the inside of the barn looks like it would be really good for the ceremony and there is an open pavilion on the side that looks perfect for the reception. And did I mention the butterflies? Because this is also a butterfly retreat!
