Throughout the wedding world, first looks have become incredibly popular with couples creating special moments with family and friends. Our bride chose to have a first look with not only her father but her bridesmaids as well. It was such an emotional moment to capture with her sweet father, and a unique way to include bridesmaids in more of the wedding festivities.

The moment when the bride saw her father for the first time on her wedding day was something I won’t soon forget. It’s a moment that always makes my heart swell, and I know it will be remembered for years to come. 

Mismatched Bridesmaid Dresses

It’s been a long standing tradition to have the bridesmaids wear matching dresses. There is a new trend, however, and our bride chose to have her bridesmaids choose their own dresses. This is one of my favorite 2023 wedding trends! Although it may seem like a difficult task to get them to all look good for photos, I promise it isn’t! There are a few good ways to create a subtle, but unique look. You could choose to have a specific color that everyone wears. Then your wedding party can choose a dress style that looks best on their body. They even make dresses you can style in a few different ways! You could also come up with a color palette for the bridesmaids to choose dresses in. I think this trend comes out with some gorgeous wedding photos.
